BREAKING CHANGE: Removed everything Kurono-related, including game dashboard functionality, Kurono-related text, images and videos and deregistered the URLs for Kurono.
Added a migration to clean dirty class data, i.e. to nullify the creation_time of the few classes that inexplicably had a creation_time set to before we actually started tracking that data.
Reintroduced the missing buttons to the "Overwrite" popup in Rapid Router's level editor.
Enabled the is_animal_crossing() and sound_horn() commands in Python levels.
Gave the "sound horn" action a wait time equal to all other action animations, allowing for the highlighting of the "sound horn" block or the sound_horn() command to be visible.
